Donna King is the Parking Program Manager for the City of San Luis Obispo managing all aspects of public parking in San Luis Obispo including approximately 2,500 downtown parking spaces, 8 off-street parking locations, and 11 residential parking districts. Donna won the 2019 SWPTA Parking Employee of the Year and the 2019 CPPA Wayne Dalton Award.
Donna joined SWPTA in 2019 and was immediately welcomed by existing members with open arms. SWPTA truly met their objectives to “Connect. Share. Educate.” when Donna joined the SWPTA organization. From the first webinar invitation, Donna felt she was a part of the SWPTA organization.
Donna was elected to the SWPTA Board of Directors in 2020. Since Donna was elected as a new face in the parking industry, she has been mentored and supported by the legacy founders of SWPTA. Donna served as the 2022 SWPTA Secretary and now proudly serves as the SWPTA Vice-President.
