First of all I would like to say hello. I have been involved in the Parking industry for the last 20 years. Over the course of my work tenure, I have been involved in fiscal management, customer service operations, appeals, enforcement, maintenance and event management. One of the amazing aspects of this business is the diversity that is provided in a day-to-day operation from the mundane to the downright unbelievable and crazy. I have an undergraduate degree in Public Agency Service and graduate degree in Human Relations from Northern Arizona University. It is always my goal and desire to consistently work to create a great customer experience through efficient and methodical practice in order to provide safe and accessible campus travel. Work-life balance is always important and as such I am very passionate about the job and service to not only my family but also the university.
