I have been involved in the Parking industry for the last 23 years. Over the course of my work tenure, I have been involved in fiscal management, customer service operations, appeals, enforcement, maintenance, and event management. One of the amazing aspects in this business is the diversity that occurs in the day-to-day operation from the mundane to the downright unbelievable and crazy. I have an undergraduate degree in Public Agency Service and graduate degree in Human Relations from Northern Arizona University. It is always my goal and desire to consistently work to create a great customer experience through efficient and methodical practice in order to provide safe and accessible campus travel. Work-life balance is always important and as such I am very passionate about the job and service to not only my family but also the university.
