Andy Cushman   is General Manger at LAZ Parking who directly oversees the daily operations   and employee relations for all of LAZ Parking’s Healthcare Services in   Southwest Region, multiple municipal operations in San Diego and Las Vegas,   and a variety of other locations throughout San Diego County. Andy is the primary point of contact for  clients to ensure all operations are exceeding expectations. Andy began his career as a valet parker  back in 1998 and worked his way up within the ranks of Sunset Parking which became   LAZ Parking. Since that time, he has worked in multiple capacities, gained   experience in almost every parking silo, and directly managed multiple large   accounts.  Andy has gained countless   experiences in all aspects of parking from commercial garage, hospitality,   medical, public, government, self-parking, and special events. He is also   well versed in the various parking technology’s available and strives to find   ways to integrate them in new ways.  He has played a key role in automating some major healthcare campuses   and creating SOP’s that have   increased revenues over previous results by over 50%. Andy was also instrumental in the opening of a new operations for LAZ at Banner Health in   Arizona which includes multiple campuses and a large Westfield retail center   in San Diego. He has also worked closely with his team at California State   Parks to push parking revenue upwards and build a close partnership with the   State Parks department. He brings more   than 20 years of dedicated and proven experience to ensure the success of any   parking operation.
