Kenzie Coulson has immense project management experience aimed at overcoming logistically challenged operations. With over 20 years in transportation, Kenzie has launched numerous complex projects related to parking strategy and event mitigation. As Parking and Fleet Supervisor with Park City Municipal, she overhauled the parking department, facilitating the launch of nine new technologies, infrastructure upgrades, wayfinding improvements, and policy updates.
Kenzie is rooted in operational team management. She has managed multiple teams, including Sundance Film Festival transportation and logistics, a FedEx Ground terminal, a wilderness lodge in Glacier Bay Alaska, and the electric bus fleet in Park City. Kenzie currently manages the City Creek Parking facilities in downtown Salt Lake City, which includes 13,000 spaces, 160 lanes, and extremely complex monthly and tenant leases. She’s on the cusp of overhauling the technologies in her current operation.
