 Donovan Durband (CAPP) is the Administrator of the City of Tucson Transportation and Mobility Department’s Park Tucson Division. Donovan has led the effort to professionalize and modernize the City’s parking program while improving customer service and substantially increasing parking revenue. When he joined “ParkWise”, Tucson was undertaking the challenge of building its 3.9-mile streetcar system through the central city’s business districts and parking areas. Redevelopment was accelerating, but the city’s parking infrastructure was outdated and a key business district was not included in the city’s on-street managed parking program. Within three years, ParkWise modernized its on-street and off-street parking and enforcement systems, while expanding its parking management footprint and rebranding to Park Tucson.  Park Tucson was recognized by International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI) as one of just five parking organizations to achieve Accreditation with Distinction in 2018.
