Director of Client Success, Municipal Services
Danyell Little is the SP+’s Director of Client Success, responsible for overseeing all Municipal operations client satisfaction. She ensures that all accounts operate in accordance with contractual obligations and client needs and with SP+ Standard Operating Procedures with a focus on accountabilities, including operations effectiveness, budget attainment, and client satisfaction.
An accomplished parking professional, Danyell has more than eight years of experience in municipal leadership, on-street enforcement, customer service, citation adjudication, technology integrations, and marketing. Danyell’s previous position as Regional Manager at ATLPlus, SP+’s City of Atlanta on-street operation, has given her immeasurable experience working inside a large-scale, turnkey municipal management project. Her role as liaison to the City of Atlanta Municipal Court, as well as her direct oversight of technology implementation, collection and count room procedures, and customer service team responsible for fielding in excess of 15,000 monthly customer contacts, has given Danyell unmatched expertise related to creating customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive public image.
Experience with operation start-up, financial planning, technology integrations, and stakeholder engagement.
Began her parking career as an enforcement officer and worked up through many positions, including bookkeeper, customer service representative, supervisor, facility manager, senior facility manager, senior manager, regional manager, and director of client success.
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University, both with a concentration in law
Master of Business Administration from Columbus State University
